The following terms and conditions apply to all website and Internet advertising services offered by E Designers Ltd.

By ordering and paying for services from E Designers Ltd. you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

"We", "Us" and "Our" refers to E Designers Ltd. "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to E Designers Ltd.'s clients.

If you make a website or Internet advertising services enquiry with E Designers Ltd., we will provide you with a quote. We can also provide you with proofs. All such quotes and proofs remain the property of E Designers Ltd.

If you place an order with E Designers Ltd. based on a quote from us, we will ask you to make payment in full, and, once you have, we will deploy your website or Internet advertisement as specified in the quote.

E Designers Ltd. aim for 99+% uptime on our server space but we cannot be held responsible if this is changed due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure our hosting is very reliable.

All material supplied by the client and used in the construction of the client's website or Internet advertisement will remain the client's property. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the client and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where client content is determined unfit by us. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we feel a client's content may be infringing copyright or contrary to UK law.

E Designers Ltd. can accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by error or inaccuracy in the publication or omission of any website or Internet advertisement.

The client is solely responsible for any liability arising out of publication of any website or Internet advertisement.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected.
